Artic Char Fillet with Chili mango sauce
Ingredients1/2 pound of Arctic Char Fillet
4 cups mango (packed diced, about 2 medium ripe mangoes)
1 red bell pepper (small, minced)
1 jalapeno chilies (minced)
1 shallots (minced)
4 tsps fresh lime juice
2 tsps sugar
1 tsps salt
2 tsps cajun seasoningInstructionsSeasoning your fillet with salt and cajun seasoning, bake in the oven at 380 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a food processor or blender, add the mangoes, red bell pepper, jalapeño chilies, shallots, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth texture.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and allow to sit until your fillet is done.
Remove your salmon from the oven. Pour mango sauce over your Fillet and serve with jasmine rice or side of your choice.
