Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or insert a slow cooker liner.
Evenly distribute rib meat inside slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced ginger, sesame oil and hoisin sauce 4. and stir until evenly combined. Dump over rib meat. Place some of the sauce into a small container and keep in the fridge for serving after the ribs are done
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove ribs from the pot after 6-8 hours. Place on cooling rack and place in oven at 360 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately after removing from the oven, while the ribs are soft, tender, juicy and full of flavor.
