2-4 small chicken breasts (boneless) - depending on serving
1 Tbsp walnut oil
In a container, stir together all the ingredients except from the chicken and vegetables. Cut/trim off any fat off the chicken breasts.
Add the chicken breasts in the mix and marinate in the fridge for about an hour or 2 hours. (if you are in a hurry, you can marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to an hour)
While your chicken is the fridge, start preparing your vegetables.
Over a medium high heat, add the walnut oil in a frying pan, add asparagus, mushrooms, and onions. Add sea salt, soy sauce, and honey and stir together. Allow to cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Remove your chicken from the fridge.
Spray the hot plate with a non sick frying oil. Place the marinaded chicken breasts on the hot plate and fry both sides until the chicken is tender and golden. (Make sure you keep an eye on the chicken)
Do not throw out the marinade. After the chicken breasts are done, brush it on the chicken for serving.
