Smoked Salmon Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Pack of smoked salmon
  • Egg whites
  • Avocados
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Natural pumpernickel bread
  • Smoothie
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • 1 mint leaf
  • Natural coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

Instructions

    To make your sandwich:
  1. In a small non sticky pan, add butter and allow the butter to melt over low/medium heat. Add Egg whites and fry on both sides for a minute. add salt and black pepper for taste.
  2. Cut the avocado into thin slices and season with a tad bit of salt.
  3. Warm the pumpernickel bread before serving. Once its nice and warm, top with Eggs, avocado, and smoked salmon. (You can find pumpernickel bread at your local grocery store if not, look for a whole food or trader joes or any healthy market place)
  4. To make the smoothie:
  5. In a blender, add strawberries, banana, mint leaf, coconut milk and chia seeds. Blender until the mix has a smooth texture to it. Serve immediately once done.
