  • Pack of fettuccini Pasta
  • 3-5 lobster tails (depending on serving)
  • 1 lb of shrimp

  • 1/2 onion diced
  • fresh tarragon
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package.

  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Jamaican all spice powder

  2. Peel shrimp, devein and clean in a bath of vinegar or lemon with water.
