Toasted Honey Wheat Flatbread with Avocados
IngredientsHoney whole wheat flat bread
2-3 grape tomatoes, sliced in half each
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 olive oil
InstructionsPill the avocado, cut, in a small bowl, user potato smasher to smash up the avocado.
Add salt, pepper and oil and continue to smash until smooth texture. Set aside afterwards
Slice each grape tomato in half. Prepare the grape tomatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Heat/fry for about 5 minutes.
Toast the honey whole wheat bread and fry your eggs, sunny side up or your preference at the same time.
Serve immediately after the eggs and toast are done.
