Baked Bourbon Salmon

Easy meal prep for the week. Perfect dinner option if you are hosting a dinner with friends. A quick simple and easy recipe that takes 15-20 minutes of your time to make.


  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Bourbon whiskey
  • ½ Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 lb Salmon Filet
  • Parsley leaves (for garnishing)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking pan with non-stick foil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl to form a paste.
  3. Place the salmon on the foil-lined pan, and spread the paste on top of the salmon and set aside for 10 - 15 minutes before baking.
  4. Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Check on the salmon after 5 minutes and spread the salmon with paste that melted off during the baking process.
  6. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
  7. Once the fish is done, remove it from the oven and top with fresh diced parsley and serve.
