A very easy brunch or breakfast meal. Great for a post workout meal.
Ingredients
Sirloin steak (thin)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
2 tsp chipotle seasoning
1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
2 eggs
mushrooms
spinach
grape tomatoes
Instructions
Season the steak on both sides with bourbon seasoning, chipotle, rosemary, and black pepper.
Brush with olive oil and sit aside for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven and broil the steak for 15 minutes or until the steak is tinder.
Cut the mushrooms and grape tomatoes. Pre-heat a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil and mushrooms and grape tomatoes.
Gently stir together. Lower the heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
Fry your eggs (sunny side up or scrambled, your choice).
Remove the steak from the oven when it's done. Serve immediately while the steak is nice and hot. Plate with eggs, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes sauce.
