Cajun Lamb Steak

Perfect and simple lamb steak dish. This ideal lamb steak recipe is easy for someone that's always on the go. 15 minute dinner recipe.

Ingredients

  • Lamb Steak
  • 1-2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • Optional side:
  • sweet potatoes
  • butter and parmesan cheese
  • string beans
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Seasoning and rub both side of the lamb steak with cajun seasoning, salt, rosemary, and thyme. Set aside for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Place the lamb steak in the oven for 15 minutes or until the lamb is tinder.
  4. Remove from the oven once ready and serve immediately.

  6. (Optional side: my side options were string beans and baked sweet potatoes)
  7. Wash the potatoes and with a fork, pierce sweet potato skin 5-6 times.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake the potato until tinder (about 30-45 minutes)
  9. Once ready (be caution when cutting, very hot) cut the potato and top with butter, parmesan cheese and parsley (for garnish)
  10. Fry the string beans and seasoning with salt and cajun seasoning for 5 - 10 minutes.
