Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos


  • 1 Tbsp  chipotle seasoning
  • 1 tsp  salt
  • 1 tsp black peppers
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Avocados chopped
  • (Mango sauce from the previous post)
  • Brown rice
  • 1/2 cup of  diced spinach
  • 1/4  cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • Glass of Red Wine (your choice)
  • 1 Pack of burrito tortilla


  1. Fill pot with 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of brown rice and cook over medium high heat for about 30 minutes or until rice is soften.
  2. Season shrimp with chipotle seasoning, salt, black peppers, olive oil and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Spray a nonstick or cast-iron grill or hot pan with nonstick spray. Add the shrimp to the hot pan. Cook for three minutes, flip and cook for another 2 minutes, until the shrimp is firm.
  4. Mix spinach, tomatoes and onions together for serving.
  5. Use mango sauce from  the (Grilled  Shrimp and Chicken with Mango Sauce) as a dip or serve in burrito.
