Where do I start! My girlfriend and I went to Chelsea Market for a Friday night date night at Cull & Pistol oyster bar. The visit here was absolutely fantastic. The wait staff were definitely wonderful and helpful in regards to holding our reservation while we were late and accommodating us.

Let’s talk about the amazing $1 oyster happy hour. There were at least eight different types of oysters on the menu, which we were able to mix and match. The oysters are super fresh (straight out of the ocean) and tasty. I must say these are the best oysters I’ve had in NYC.

I ordered the lobster roll with fries and Clam Chowder. I was blown away by the flavors complex, the broth thin and creamy of the Clam Chowder. This was one of many highlights of the night. The sauvignon blanc by the glass was pleasant enough.

Overall my experience at Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar was a great one. The place is pricey but worth every single penny you’ll spend! The wait time is definitely long but I would highly recommend making a reservation way ahead of time. I definitely will be back again.
