Grilled Chipotle Steak With Mango Salsa

Grilled Chipotle Steak With Mango Salsa


  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cubes of Knorr Bouillon with beef flavor crushed 4 tbsp of Knorr Bouillon with beef flavor
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chipotle seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1-1/2 lbs. skirt steak, cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 1 medium white onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium mangos, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Combine Knorr Bouillon with Beef flavor and chipotle seasoning together. Seasoning both sides of steak and add olive oil and lime juice with steak. Set aside and allow to marinate for about 10-15 minutes. For more taste, you can marinate for about an hour or 2.
  2. Chop the mangoes, red bell pepper. In a nonstick skillet, add mangoes, fresh cilantro leaves, red bell peppers, thin slice onions, olive oil, 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat and cook for about 4 minutes. Arrange on serving platter and keep warm.
  4. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill steak over for about 8 minutes or until until desired doneness. I used a George Foreman grill. If you don't have a grill, you can cook the steak over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes or until steak is tender or until you preference of choice, turning once.
  5. Once the steak is done, arrange the steak on a serving platter alongside the warm mango salsa and brown rice.
