Ground Turkey Patty with Plantains

Ground Turkey Patty with Plantains

This is the prefect meal prep meal. Super easy and quick to make. Save yourself some time during the week and make this dish if you are always on the go. Super healthy and great with your lifestyle.


  • Pack of ground turkey (lean)
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs parsley flakes (fresh parsley would be more ideal)
  • 1 tspn garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • Plantains


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl mix the ground turkey with your ingredients. Mix together and then grab pieces of the ground turkey and form a patty with your hands. (You can make as many patties as you want but ideal you'll get three patties from the pack)
  3. Spray a broil pan with non stick cooking spray and place the patties on the pan.
  4. Place the patties in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. While the patties in the oven, peel the skin from the plantains and cut the plantains into pieces.
  6. Pan fry the plantains until both sides are golden. Place the plantains in a paper towel to remove an oil.
  7. Once the patties are ready, remove them from the oven and serve with the plantains on the side. (Make sure you allow the dish to cool down a little before eating, might be extremely hot)
