Honey Sirracha Lime Duck With Broccoli

Honey Sirracha Lime Duck With Broccoli


  • 1 pound of duck legs
  • Salt
  • 3/4 cup sriracha hot sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce


  1. Prepare your duck leg by trimming off the extra layers of skin off. Cut the duck leg into small pieces and season with salt and black peppers.
  2. In a cooking pan, add olive oil and cook over medium high heat. Add onions and fresh parsley and fry for about 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
  3. Add the duck and fry for 10- 12 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Add broccoli and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the broccoli are soft.
  4. Add in soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice and stir in with the remaining dish.
  5. Remove from stove and serve in a small serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and serve with jasmine rice or side of your choice.
