Honey Sirracha Lime Duck With Broccoli
Ingredients1 pound of duck legs
3/4 cup sriracha hot sauce
Juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauceInstructionsPrepare your duck leg by trimming off the extra layers of skin off. Cut the duck leg into small pieces and season with salt and black peppers.
In a cooking pan, add olive oil and cook over medium high heat. Add onions and fresh parsley and fry for about 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
Add the duck and fry for 10- 12 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Add broccoli and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the broccoli are soft.
Add in soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice and stir in with the remaining dish.
Remove from stove and serve in a small serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and serve with jasmine rice or side of your choice.
