Prosciutto Breakfast Wrap
This is a super fast and easy breakfast recipe. It's the perfect healthy recipe to make for someone that's always on the go. This is also good for a brunch menu if you are looking to make a light brunch option for friends.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 grape tomatoes
- Prosciutto
- Whole wheat wrap
- Spinach
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper
- Non-stick cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Dice the grape tomatoes and spinach.
- Spray the skillet with the non-stick cooking oil spray and allow it to heat up over a medium high heat. Fry the eggs on both side for about 2 minutes each.
- Top the wrap with spinach, egg, tomatoes, and prosciutto. Now fold the wrap on both ends and close. Place back into the skillet and fry on both sides for about a minute. This will give the wrap a toasted texture on both sides.
- Once it's ready, cut into small pieces and serve. (you can enjoy this with hot sauce on the side if need)
