This is a super fast and easy breakfast recipe. It's the perfect healthy recipe to make for someone that's always on the go. This is also good for a brunch menu if you are looking to make a light brunch option for friends.
2 grape tomatoes
Whole wheat wrap
1 tsp salt and black pepper
Non-stick cooking oil spray
Dice the grape tomatoes and spinach.
Spray the skillet with the non-stick cooking oil spray and allow it to heat up over a medium high heat. Fry the eggs on both side for about 2 minutes each.
Top the wrap with spinach, egg, tomatoes, and prosciutto. Now fold the wrap on both ends and close. Place back into the skillet and fry on both sides for about a minute. This will give the wrap a toasted texture on both sides.
Once it's ready, cut into small pieces and serve. (you can enjoy this with hot sauce on the side if need)
