Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound of Sea bass Fillet (If you can’t get sea bass fillet, you can use Halibut Fillet)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil or olive oil
  • fresh spinach
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 tomatoes 
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise 
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • Sesame seed bun
  • Slice of Gouda Cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and oil, keep aside for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, break the egg and whip it and put aside. Pour bread crumbs in a bowl.
  3. Coat the fillet in the egg batter first and then in the bread crumbs
  4. Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add sesame or olive oil. Fry the fillet on both sides for about 3 minutes until fish done. 
  5. Add the mayo and wasabi mix in a small serving bowl, mix together very well. (add extra mayo if needed)
  6. Toast the bun. Apply wasabi mayo mix on one half of the bun. 
  7. Top the other half with fillet, onions, tomatoes, spinach, and gouda cheese.
