1 cup heavy cream or whipped cream (I recommend using whipped cream)
2 tablespoon of cultured buttermilk
Fresh salmon thin sliced
3/4 cup of shrimp
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
Fresh oregano leaves
Pre-made thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Combine 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream and 2 tablespoons buttermilk in a glass container. Cover and let stand at room temperature (about 70°F) from 8 to 24 hours, or until very thick. You want to make this the day before you decide to make your pizza.
Cut your salmon to thin slices. Season your shrimp and salmon with salt, black pepper, oregano, and oil. Mix together, cover and allow to marinate for about 2 - 4 hours.
Pre-heat oven at 370°. Top pizza crust with Creme Fraiche, salmon, shrimp and bake for about 10 - 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy with a glass of wine of your choice.
