- 1 cups ripe pineapple chopped or 1/2 can of pineapple
- 1 cups of spinach
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- Ice (optional)
- Place all your ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- I made additional servings, stored it in a mason jar, and refrigerated it for later.
