Simple Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cups ripe pineapple chopped or 1/2 can of pineapple
  • 1 cups of spinach
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. I made additional servings, stored it in a mason jar, and refrigerated it for later.
