Strawberry banana smoothie
Ingredients½ C gluten-free oatmeal
1½ C coconut milk
½ C strawberries (about 5-6 whole)
1 banana, sliced
1-2 Tbsp honey to taste, optional
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon chia seedsInstructionsAdd oatmeal to blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.0.1
