Strawberry banana smoothie


  • ½ C gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1½ C coconut milk
  • ½ C strawberries (about 5-6 whole)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey to taste, optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  1. Add oatmeal to blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
