Toasted Honey Wheat Flatbread with Avocados
IngredientsHoney whole wheat flat bread
2-3 grape tomatoes, sliced in half each
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 olive oil
InstructionsPeel and cut the avocado into small pieces. Add in salt, pepper, and oil. In a small bowl, use a spoon and smash and mix the avocados until it has a smooth texture.
Slice each grape tomato in half. Prepare the grape tomatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Heat up for about 5 minutes.
Toast the honey whole wheat bread and fry your eggs, sunny side up or your preference at the same time.
Serve immediately after the eggs and toast are done.
