Tropical Mango Spinach Smoothie


  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks


  1. Place the the almond/soy milk, spinach, banana and mango in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
  2. Serve with breakfast meal of you choice if you'd like. I had my smoothie with oatnut bread, avocado spread, smoked salmon, tomatoes and black peppers.
