Are you a sea food lover. Try this 15 minute recipe right in your kitchen. Simple and easy recipe to make. Scallops and Trout with a combination of this garlic butter sauce will leave you with a very satisfying smile on your face.
1 Lbs of Trout Fillet
1 Lbs of Scallops
1 Tbsp Fresh oregano flakes
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leave
1 Tbsp garlic clove
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper flakes
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Seasoning the trout with salt and black pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a skillet add butter, oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic and brown sugar. Cook over low medium heat until the butter melt and stir together. Add in scallops and cook for about 5 minutes on both sides. Lower the heat and allow the sauce to stay warm until your trout is ready. (This should be all be done around the same time)
Prepare a side of your choice. I made asparagus with this dish.
Now it's time to serve. Plate the asparagus first, then add a piece trout and then scallops on the side. With a spoon, gentle pour the butter sauce over the trout fillet and scallops.
