Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Avocado
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika pepper
  • half onion finely diced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • Cheddar jack cheese (optional for eggs)

Instructions
