Ingredients
- Pack of thin sliced chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp maggi
- 1/4 C broccoli
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix the chicken with black pepper, parsley, chili sauce, maggi and olive oil. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Pre-heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and allow to oil to heat up.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken mix.
- Gently stir together. Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is done and the broccoli’s soft.
- This is meal is best served with rice of your choice.
