Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry


  • Pack of thin sliced chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp maggi
  • 1/4 C broccoli


  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the chicken with black pepper, parsley, chili sauce, maggi and olive oil. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Pre-heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and allow to oil to heat up.
  4. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken mix.
  5. Gently stir together. Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is done and the broccoli's soft.
  6. This is meal is best served with rice of your choice.

  1. What is the Maggi for? Not sure I see the point of it in the recipe. Is it to produce a sauce as the liquid releases? Seems like unnecessary extra sodium.

  2. Hey. How many grams would that chicken be? Where I live, we don’t get chicken packed like that 🙂
