INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. Crab Meat
  • ½ C diced bell peppers
  • ½ C cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 C mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tsp smoked paprika
  • ⅓ C green onions, diced
  • Lime Zest
  • 1 lb Salmon (skin off)
  • Salt for taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, bell peppers, garlic, crab meat, black pepper, cajun seasoning, paprika, green onions, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese; mix and stir until well incorporated. Taste and adjust accordingly.
  3. Butterfly salmon by cutting horizontally through the middle along one long side, leaving the other side intact. Open flat, like a book. Spread the crab meat mixture evenly across the salmon. 
  4. With a long side facing you, roll up salmon into a tight log. Secure with 6 pieces of kitchen twine, starting about 1 1/4 inches from the end and spacing evenly. 
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning, and 1 teaspoon salt. Brush the mixture evenly around the wrapped salmon. Cut salmon into 6 equal pieces, slicing between twine. 
  6. Place each piece of salmon in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is done.
  7. Garnish with diced fresh parsley leaves.
  8. Serve and enjoy. This dish is great with veggies of your choice or rice.

Shrimp and Crab Étouffée: A Perfect Meal for a Special Occasion

This classic shrimp and crab Etouffee is a true southern dish that’s packed with all the rich flavors from one of my favorite cities, New Orleans. Your family and friends will absolutely love this delicious dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb king crab legs or 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • Cooked brown rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use kitchen shears to cut the shells. Remove the crab meat from the shell. Chop the crab meat into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and celery in olive oil until softened for about 10 minutes. Then mix in the garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the chicken broth and flour and whisk together until smooth. Add to the onion and celery mixture in the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until thickened, this should take about 20-30 minutes. If your sauce gets too thick, gradually pour in some more chicken broth and mix together.
  4. Add lemon juice, cayenne, Tabasco sauce, and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add crabmeat, green onions, and parsley and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Once it’s ready, serve over rice, or side of your choice and enjoy!

White Cod With Curry Tomato Sauce

This Alaskan white cod cooked in a curry tomato sauce is so good, easy, and is full of flavor from its combination of spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless white cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 -3 tablespoon diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon or 1/2 tablespoon salt for taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the top of the fish generously with salt and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a cooking pan over medium-high heat, once the butter has dissolved, add shallots, tomatoes, curry powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, chicken bouillon and thyme cook for 1 minute. Add water and stir together. Add the fish, cover the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Serve the fish while still hot from the pan with any finishing garnishes. Enjoy this dish with rice or any side of your choice.

Sweet, spicy, decadent and super delicious, this sweet & spicy chicken and shrimp is all you need. This recipe is easy to make and perfect over rice.

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes (chili peppers)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • red onions, diced
  • Thyme
  • 1/4 C Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse and clean the shrimp and chicken with water and then pat it down. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Melt a stick butter in a medium-size cooking skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook for just about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and shrimp into the skillet. Add salt, garlic powder, cayenne, chili pepper, brown sugar, and thyme. Stir this all together, cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with rice or a side of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of shrimp (deveined)
  • 1 red potato
  • Butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • parsley
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the shrimp plus 1 tsp of salt, old bay seasoning, parsley, and black pepper. Mix this together and set aside.
  2. Clean and dice the red potato, leave the skin on. Add 1 tsp of salt, black pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once midway, until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  4. Add the potatoes to the skillet, and cook, undisturbed, until potatoes are golden and crusty underneath, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
  5. Fry the eggs the way you like, I made this scrambled.
  6. In a small bowl, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add old bay seasoning, oregano (not in the picture above), and garlic. Stir together and set aside for serving.
  7. Serve the eggs, potatoes, and shrimp together, drizzle a little bit of the melted butter mix over the dish for extra flavor.
