  • 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 4 corn tortillas

  • lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken and shrimp with chicken bouillon or salt, pepper, lime zest, and chili chipotle.
  2. Add a tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are done. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cook the chicken on both sides for about 6 minutes, or until chicken is done on the inside. Transfer to a cutting board and cut the chicken into pieces.
  4. Mango salsa: dice up the mangoes, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. add a pinch of salt and freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  5. Serve the chicken and shrimp in the tortillas. Top with mango salsa, and cilantro.

  • 1 LB shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 5 lobster tail
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 can of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 turkey sausage
  • Green onion chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Remove shrimp and lobster meat from the shell. In a large bowl, lightly coat seafood with olive oil. Generously sprinkle cajun seasoning and a pinch of old bay seafood seasoning and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, fry the turkey sausage and once they are done, cut them into pieces add set aside.
  3. In a separate skillet with olive oil, cook the garlic and red bell pepper over medium-high heat. Season with Cajun seasoning and cook until both are soft.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook this until they are 70 percent done and then add in the lobster tails. Once both are ready, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, slowly pour in the chicken broth, cream, butter into the remaining broth from the shrimp and lobster and whisk this together over medium heat.
  6. Add the remaining tablespoon of flour to the broth/cream mixture. This will become slickly thick so you have to keep whisking until you get a nice smooth texture. (This is not mandatory but I added a splash of white wine into my original recipe.)
  7. When your sauce is done, add in the shrimp, lobster tails and turkey sausage back in. Gentle stir together. Garnish with green onions.

  • 1/2 Tb kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
  2. Scoop out about 6-8 tablespoons of meat mixture and roll into a ball.
  3. Semi-flatten each ball, add a cube of mozzarella to the center. Roll the ball in your hands to cover the hole where the mozzarella cheese was pushed in.
  4. Place the meatballs on non stick pan. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are browned.
  5. Serve while piping hot for best cheese effect. Serve with Marinara sauce. Garnish with parsley fresh parsley.

  3. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Spray a pan with non stick spray. Add the chicken and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Flipping occasionally, until the drumsticks are cooked through. (Dark meat will take longer to cook than light meat.)
  5. Once ready, transfer to a platter, scatter cilantro over hot chicken and serve sauce (Like chili or sauce), steamed rice and or steamed veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs skirt steak
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 4-6 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 1 (12 ounce) can natural coconut milk (organic)
  • 1 Tbsp red crushed pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the skirt steak into small cubes, remove excessive fat if needed. 
  2. In a large bowl combine the beef, garlic, soy sauce, coconut milk, bay leaves, peppercorns, ground pepper, red crushed and sugar.
  3. Mix everything together with your hands, cover the bowl and allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator. 
  4. In a large skillet, heat up a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the beef and marinade mixture into the pan and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the beef is tender and sauce to a simmer.
