Ingredients
- ½ lb sockeye salmon
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger ground
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp parsley flakes
- Green onions and sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the rice (follow the instruction on box).
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Place salmon in a container and pour the mix over the salmon and rub in.
- Cover the container and marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Spray the frying pan with a non sick frying oil. Over a medium high heat, fry the fish for 5-10 minutes.
- Do not throw out the marinade. After the salmons are done, Pour a tablespoon of the marinate over the fish for serving. Top with sesame seeds and green onions
