Ingredients

  • ½ lb sockeye salmon
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-2 tsp parsley flakes
  • Green onions and sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice (follow the instruction on box).
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Place salmon in a container and pour the mix over the salmon and rub in.
  3. Cover the container and marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Spray the frying pan with a non sick frying oil. Over a medium high heat, fry the fish for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Do not throw out the marinade. After the salmons are done, Pour a tablespoon of the marinate over the fish for serving. Top with sesame seeds and green onions
  6. Once the rice is done, prepare for serving.
